Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and CASINO PLAYGROUND PASS CARD LTD ("Licensor") for the Casino Playground Pass Card software application ("Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

Important: By using Casino Playground Pass Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy. You also confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

License Grant

CASINO PLAYGROUND PASS CARD LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the Software on iOS devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Use the features and content provided by the Software in accordance with this EULA.
• Create a local account within the Software to access personalized features such as the virtual pass, loyalty program, events, and guest services.

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose without written authorization from CASINO PLAYGROUND PASS CARD LTD.
• Use automated systems or scripts to access or interact with the Software.
• Use the Software in any unlawful manner or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. CASINO PLAYGROUND PASS CARD LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.

• We own: all software code, algorithms, designs, graphics, animations, text, branding, and content in the application.
• You own: your personal data and user-generated content you enter into the Software.

User Data and Privacy

Casino Playground Pass Card stores all user data (account information, loyalty points, preferences, service requests) locally on your device using on-device storage. No personal data is transmitted to any external server. Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference.

No Subscriptions or In-App Purchases

Casino Playground Pass Card is a free application with no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. All functionality described in this EULA is available at no cost.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASINO PLAYGROUND PASS CARD LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Casino Playground Pass Card does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Software is an entertainment and companion application and does not guarantee any specific outcomes at Playground Casino.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CASINO PLAYGROUND PASS CARD LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the Software.
• You must delete or destroy all copies of the Software on your devices.

You may also delete the app and all associated local data at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the app, followed by uninstalling the app.

Updates and Modifications

CASINO PLAYGROUND PASS CARD LTD may provide updates or modifications to the Software from time to time. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified EULA.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CASINO PLAYGROUND PASS CARD LTD operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
