It combines a holographic loyalty card, five-tier loyalty program, events calendar, guest services (room service, housekeeping, parking, concierge), rewards catalog, and a local Montréal guide — all in one cinematic app. No physical card needed.
Yes — Casino Playground Pass Card is free to download on the App Store. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. All features are available at no cost.
No. You can launch the app in Guest Mode to browse public content immediately. To access account-bound features (your virtual pass, loyalty points, room services, RSVP), you'll need to create an account and activate it at the front desk. A demo account with full access is also available using the credentials shown in the app's onboarding.
Casino Playground Pass Card is an iOS-only app. It supports iPhone running iOS 16 or later. The app is not available on Android or iPad at this time.
All app data — your account, loyalty points, service requests, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. The app does not require an internet connection and does not transmit personal data to any external server. For complete details, please review our Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account from within the app via Settings → Delete Account. This action permanently removes all locally stored account data from your device. Note: demo accounts cannot be deleted (this is by design); guest mode sessions can be exited but not "deleted" since no account exists.
First, verify you're using the correct email and password. The demo credentials are shown during onboarding. If you created a local account and forgot your password, you can delete and reinstall the app to start fresh (local accounts are stored on-device only).
